The location was ideal for exploring Karlovy Vary, and the suite offered a comfortable stay for our family, including our special needs son's support dog. We appreciated the onsite hair salon and the range of amenities available, which added convenience to our trip.

Although the sauna was alright, the indoor pool felt like a letdown without the famous thermal waters. Additionally, the rather complicated layout made moving between rooms somewhat of a maze.

Waking up to the soothing sound of the river was the perfect start. The staff was genuinely friendly and the wellness treatments were tailored just for me.

The dining experience could use improvement. navigating the restaurant system was confusing and I had to walk to get drinks myself. It took away from the overall vibe.

The warm ambiance and talented piano player in the bar provided a lovely atmosphere. Although the staff seemed overwhelmed, they were generally polite. Dining options were delightful overall, though they could enhance service during peak hours. A few facilities need attention, particularly in cleaning standards.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious with a separate WC and a good-sized bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The large, comfortable bed and nice bedding made for great sleeps. Housekeeping did a excellent job keeping everything clean. The only downside was the limited wifi during work hours, but other than that, it was a cozy stay.

I had a lovely stay in a room overlooking the river. The indoor pool provided a great way to unwind after exploring the area. I particularly enjoyed the night bar with live music. it offered a nice atmosphere to relax. As a European traveler, I appreciated the unique mix of local delicacies.
